Please be informed that there will be a Senior High School Career Guidance Program cum Seminar on
December 10, 2019 at RMVIS Gymnasium.
In line with the provisions of Deped Memorandum No. 165, s. 2017 (Implementation of Grade11
Career Guidance Program) and Deped Memorandum No. 169, s. 2018(Implementation of the Grade12 Career
Guidance Modules),conducting capacity-building for the Senior High School learners helps them to prepare
for the real world after the completion of the K to 12 Program.
Hence, this program/seminar in CGP is very essential among SHS learners most especially in
academic and employment readiness skills in work-based learning situations such as work immersion.

In line with the provisions of Deped Memorandum No. 165, s. 2017 (Implementation of Grade11 Career
Guidance Program) and Deped Memorandum No. 169, s. 2018(Implementation of the Grade12 Career
Guidance Modules), the RMVIS-SHS Guidance and Counseling Advocate will conduct a one day SHS Career
Guidance Program cum Seminar with the theme, “Building Future Leaders through Exploring SHS Learners
Career Pathways” on December 09, 2019 to be held at the RMVIS Gymansium.
1. The objectives of the said Program/Seminar are the following:
a. Promote awareness in the importance of choosing a track that suits their skills and their interest
that matches the available resources in the community; and
b. Academic and employment readiness skills in work-based learning situations such as work
immersion.
