I, individually or on behalf of the minor identified below (“Releasor”), do grant the undersigned photographer (“Photographer”), its licensees and
assigns, a perpetual, nonexclusive, transferable, assignable, irrevocable, worldwide right and permission to photograph, record, reproduce, retain,
and use my name, image, and likeness image (collectively, “Images”) in any media now known or hereinafter invented.

I acknowledge that I am not entitled to receive any form of payment from the Photographer or any other person or entity for the use of the
Images.

I hereby release the Photographer, its licensees, and assigns from any and all rights, claims, demands, and actions that I may have against it by use
of these Images as authorized in this Release including, but not limited to, my rights of publicity and privacy.

I warrant that I have full power to convey the rights granted in this Release.

The validity, construction, and performance of this Release shall be governed by, subject to, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State
of California, United States of America, excluding all conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Release shall be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts of California and both parties expressly consent to the in personam jurisdiction
and venue of the court specified in this paragraph and the parties expressly waive any objection to same.
