MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT is made and executed by and

between:

The BUREAU OF CORRECTIONS, an attached agency ofthe Department of

Justice, represented by its Director General, Undersecretary NICANOR E.
FAELDON, of legal age, Filipino, with office address at New Bilibid Prison,
Muntinlupa City, herein referred to as “BUCOR” which is the FIRST PARTY.

The MARINE DRUM & BUGLE COMPANY, with office at

Headquarters Philippine Marine Corps, Marine Barracks Rudiardo Brown,
represented by TSG CORONICA, herein referred to as the “MDBC” which is
the SECOND PARTY.

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, The BUCOR being a uniformed service entity requires the

services of the Marine Drum & Bugle Company during the Recognition
Ceremony for the Corrections Basic Recruit Course Batch 2 Trainees and
Oath-taking Ceremony for new recruits on 11 April 2019 to be held at Sunken
Garden, NBP Reservation, Muntinlupa City;

WHEREAS, the MDBC is willing to provide musical services for the

said occasion of the BUCOR;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises,

the Parties hereto agreed to engage themselves to provide and execute the
following stipulations:

1. The BUCOR shall pay MDBC the amount of TWELVE THOUSAND

PESOS (Php12,000.00) as maintenance fee;

2. The BUCOR shall provide the necessary vehicle to transport the

members of the MDBC and their instruments;

3. The BUCOR shall provide the any and all necessary provisions and
assistance to the members of the MDBC relative to this Agreement;

 4. The MDBC shall render musical services and exhibition during the
the Recognition Ceremony for the Corrections Basic Recruit Course
Batch 2 Trainees and Oath-taking Ceremony for new recruits on 11
April 2019 to be held at Sunken Garden, NBP Reservation,
Muntinlupa City;

5. Both parties shall designate their respective point of contact to

facilitate coordination on matters pertaining to the subject of this
undertaking and shall religiously undertake their respective
commitments as stipulated herein.

6. This MOA shall take effect immediately upon approval by both

parties;

7. This MOA will be terminated as soon as the duties and

responsibilities of both parties shall have been fulfilled.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have signed this
