I. Self awareness
Activity 1
Title: “Knowing Myself More” Diagram

Objective: To be able to determine one’s ability,weaknesses and idealized self.


Presenting guide to participants to help them decide what skill they should focus on
building in order to have a higher chance of success.
Time needed: 30 mins.

Materials:
-worksheet diagram and a ballpen.

Instruction:
1. Each of the participants will be given a worksheet diagram and a pen.
2. Participants are instructed to fill in the worksheet diagram with at least 5
each for every quadrant. The quadrants are composed by their
talents,weakness, aspirations and demands.
Talent refers to the natural ability of an individual that he or she does very
well.
Weakness refers to a particular part or quality of someone that is not good
or effective
Demand refers to what your family and friends want you to do and this
also refers to what the world actually needs,and will pay for.
Aspirations refers to something that you really love doing and has an
ambition on achieving it.

Process Questions:
1. From the activity, what have you learned about yourself and from the sharings of others?
2. As what you have written on the worksheet diagram.Do you think these qualities of
yourself can improve your lifestyle? Explain.
3. How will you improve these qualities as a fellow Concordian?
4. Does knowing your own talents, values, attitude, and aspirations help bring clarity to
yourself and to others?
