Transmission
Grease all grease points (see operator manual for locations)
Check gearbox oil level
Check rear axle final drive oil level
Check front axle housing oil level
Check front differential oil level
Check Front axle final drive oil level
Check Separate hydraulic tank oil level
Check Front PTO oil level
Check transmission & front axle breather (not clogged by debris)
check three-point hitch: fixing of auxiliary jacks, installation of
stabilizers, selection of working positions

Check and adjust the front wheel steering angle
Check and adjust front fenders
Check front-rear wheel and rim bolts for prescribed torque
values
Check if correct wheel studs are fitted , in case of dual wheels

model and load
Check visually pipes, lines, harnesses for leaks, loose brackets,
etc.
Check counterweigh supports, front lift frame , front loader
frame, drawbar brackets
Check and tighten towing hitch mounting assembly

Cabin (Static Checks)


Check the doors, windows and latches.
Check all functions and indicator lights on the tractor (Key ON)
Check seat adjustments and operation of pneumatic seat
Check steering wheel tilt, height adjustment
Check head lights, work lights, flashers, cab light, rotating
beacon
Check windscreen wipers and washer
Check operation of ignition system and engine start
Check hand and foot throttle (min-max engine RPM)
Check for engine RPM indication on dashboard (min-max RPM)
Check engine RPM memory function
Check correct operation of the heating and air conditioning
systems
Check rear/front PTO engage / disengagement and brake at
various speeds and automatic stop with rear hitch height
Check for rear/front PTO speed indication on dash

Cabin (Test Drive Checks)


Check for the absence of alarms during operation
Check FWD engage / disengagement
Check engage / disengagement of front and rear diff. locks
Check ASM:
 automatic FWD – Diff lock engage / disengagement by
speed-steering angle
 Diff lock disengagement by brake pedals (left or right)

After Test Drive


Check visually for leaks: coolant liquid, fuel, engine oil, hyd. oil
Connect with diagnostic tool/s and delete all alarms code, if
present

Final Preparation
Remove plastic protections
Repaint if necessary paint damage (during transportation or
other)
Check for the presence of the accessories supplied in the
equipment package and/or ordered by the customer
Do final cleaning before delivery
