My name is Paola Álvarez Giraldo, I would like to be a finance manager in a big
company, like Quala, this job position demands to give presentations of budget
sales, financial behavior of the company, preparing information for the
stakeholders, fill in forms to approve payments and holding on different financial
indicators in levels that show excellent management.

This job demands to handle the good application of the cash flows of the company,
deciding which are the best investments that represent the biggest benefit not only
for the investors but also to the others stakeholders like employees, providers,
customers.

The finance manager must coordinate the efforts of all the organization members
because every single action inside the firm it is traduced in a movement of money,
so this job position also demands an excellent coworking with the others strategy
units of business.

Know about taxes is very important to occupy this job, because if you know how to
manage a company with all the legal requirements you can avoid penalties that
can make  bankrupt the enterprise.

The abilities that request this job position are excellent financial analysis as well as
a deep knowledge about bank loans and very good communication skills, the
finance manager should have an excellent mathematic and accounting knowledges
finally, I prefer to have a less prepared working group but conformed by excellent
persons who I can trust in and build a peaceful job environment, I believe that it
contributes a lot to hang all the proposed goals.
