Essay Template for PTE
Provided by Meisam Alhajaj Lafte @ PTE For Migration

if you have any questions related to this piece of writing

feel free to contact me at the following email
meisam.lafte@gmail.com

1- The following template consists of four parts, including introduction, first body, second
body, and conclusion.
2- You do not need to change the first and second body to gain the best results; however,
the introduction and conclusion should be chosen from different options according to the
type of the question. In other words, you just need to memorize two paragraphs for the
1st and 2nd body and a few other paragraphs for introduction and conclusion.
3- This template has been checked with Grammarly Premium at www.grammarly.com and
has been proved to be quite credential.
4- The following template has at least 200 words depending on which introduction and
conclusion you choose to write your essay with. This means you do not need to worry
about the eligible essay for PTE exam which should/must consist of not less than 200
words.
5- There are, for sure, many keywords in the topic; make sure that those words will be used
in the first sentence of every paragraphs you are going to write in PTE exam.
6- I have put much effort to include the best academic sentences in the template mentioned
above as it is going to be written in the PTE academic exam. It should be noted that there
are strict eligibility criteria in writing an academic essay. That is to say, not all the
grammatically correct sentences are suitable for such essays.
7- I have also made a more concerted effort to implement a wide variety of compound and
complex sentences, compound adjectives with hyphen, complex punctuations, complex
grammar structures, passive sentences, a number of correct collocations, an idiom, and a
proverb.
8- PTE academic is not able to detect template-based essays since all your work will be
assessed and graded by the computer software.
9- If you encounter two essays in the exam, use the same template for both of them as all
your writings in each section will be graded separately.
10- make sure that all the keywords you choose have related articles. You can find more
information on https://www.grammarly.com/blog/articles/

MEISAM ALHAJAJ ESSAY TEMPLATE

11- If you have a collocation in mind that includes a verb, just use the gerund form of the
verb. For example, “make a commitment” can be written “making a commitment” and
unlike the first sentence which make serves as a verb, in the second one it behaves like a
single noun. For more information, go to https://www.grammarly.com/blog/gerund-
phrase/
12- If you have an adjective in mind, just use “being” in front of it. For example, “being
doomed to failure” or “being successful”.

Introduction:
The topic of the essay may consist of a few words up to a complete paragraph; in either cases
use the keywords of the topic question in your introduction and save the other words to be
used in the main bodies. It would be a lie if I declare that by implementing the main template
for the introduction part you would gain the best results; however, you may use it if you had
no other ideas to write the introduction in your own words. You are also provided with other
prevalent forms of templates which might give you some hints to write the introduction in your
own words. In each of the following templates, you may combine different sentences according
to the type of the topic in order to gain the best results.

Main Template for the Introduction (CAUTION: use it at your own risk for all the essay topics)
Nowadays, something has become a long-running dispute among the public all around the world, which
leads to a moot question “Is something of high importance?”. It is a widely held view that something is a
highly effective way to do something, whereas I tend to believe that something is more prone to
something.

Nowadays, global problems have become a long-running dispute among the public all around the world,
which leads to a moot question “Are such problems of high importance?”. It is a widely held view that the
earth is a highly effective way to save the planet, whereas I tend to believe that the environment is more
prone to being in danger.

Prevalent Types of Templates:

specific problem/who is responsible for the problem

An essential problem of the 21st century is something that is increasing at an alarming rate, which
leads to a moot question “who is responsible for this?”. It is a widely held view that the
government must be held legally responsible for the problem mentioned above, while I tend to
believe that the solution requires both legal actions of higher authorities and individual decision.

Advantages/Disadvantages = positive or negative consequences

Main bodies:
From a social point of view, something is indeed bound to something, which means it might lead
to both something and something. For instance, a group of reputable sports scientists, working
at a prestigious university, conducted a longitudinal study to understand the relationship
between something and something as well as something. Therefore, this evidence presented
thus far support the contention that something is positively correlated with not only something
but also something.
Moreover, In political terms, something is undoubtedly attributable to something, in that it
would lead to something, something, and something. A well-known example of such attributions
is something, which is cause for concern since it had been mistaken in taking something for
granted. Had it “(past participle form of the verb)” something in advance, it might have had the
opportunity to do something. Thus, something could play a significant role in something.

1. according to the topic, A group of reputable sports scientists/ A group of reputable

scientists/ A group of reputable social scientists/ A group of profound environmentalists/
A group of prominent activists/ A group of profound healthcare professionals/ A group of
profound psychologists/ a group of profound industrial psychologists/ A group of
profound economists/ A group of profound educationalists.

2. according to the topic, In economic terms, In educational terms, In medical terms, In

psychological terms, in industrial terms

3. to take something for granted means to expect someone or something to be always

available to serve in some way without thanks or recognition; to value someone or
something too lightly.

4. If I had studied harder, I would have passed the exam = Had I studied harder, I would have
passed the exam = Had I studied harder, I might have passed the exam = had I studied
harder, I might have had (this “had” is the past participle form of the verb “to have”) the
opportunity to pass the exam. Had + pronoun + past participle form of the verb + in
advance, pronoun + might + have + had + the opportunity + to (appropriate verb) +
something. Another example: Had my uncle quit smoking in advance, he might have had
the opportunity to live for another decade or two.

Conclusion:
1- If the topic was about agree/disagree, please write “I entirely agree, in other cases write
I firmly believe”.
2- If the topic was about advantages/disadvantages, pros/cons, positive
consequences/negative consequences, please write “the advantages of something
outweigh its disadvantages”.
3- The rest of the conclusion must be written without any changes, do not worry, there is a
proverb and computer would not detect the off topic sentences because of the verbs
such as “recommended” and “hoped”.
To recapitulate, I entirely agree/I firmly believe that something must be taken into
consideration/that the advantages of something outweigh its disadvantages. However, as every
garden may have some weeds, the local authorities are recommended to enforce some strict
legislation, and individuals are hoped to heighten their intellect.

The environment we are living in is in danger due to various problems…so who do u think should be
responsible for solving it? Is it the governments, organization or each individual?

An essential problem of the 21st century is global problem that is increasing at an alarming rate,
which leads to a moot question “who is responsible for the environment?”. It is a widely held
view that the government must be held legally responsible for the problem mentioned above,
while I tend to believe that the solution requires both legal actions of higher authorities and
individual decision.
From a social point of view, global problems are indeed bound to the industrialization, which means it
might lead to both enormous carbon emission and the burning of fossil fuels. For instance, a group of
profound environmentalists, working at a prestigious university, conducted a longitudinal study to
understand the relationship between being in danger and natural calamities as well as the rising sea levels.
Therefore, this evidence presented thus far support the contention that being under the threat of mass
extinction is positively correlated with not only deforestation but also desertification.

Moreover, in political and environmental terms, such problems are undoubtedly attributable to the
production of the greenhouse gases, in that it would lead to the depletion of ozone layer, the climate
change, and the clean energy. A well-known example of such attributions is renewable energy sources,
which are cause for concern since they had been mistaken in taking the environmental preservation for
granted. Had they protected the natural environment in advance, they might have had the opportunity
to save the planet. Thus, protecting the environment could play a significant role in the prosperity of
future generations.

To recapitulate, I firmly believe that the global problems must be taken into consideration, However, as
every garden may have some weeds, the local authorities are recommended to enforce some
strict legislation, and individuals are hoped to heighten their intellect.

More and more students are studying at universities abroad, either because it is cheaper, or because
they feel they can receive a better education, or because it will provide them with greater professional
opportunities. Which one do you think is the most important reason?

Nowadays, studying at universities abroad has become a long-running dispute among the public around
all the world, which leads to a moot question "Is it cheaper, the education, and opportunities?". It is a
widely held view that oversea universities are highly beneficial, whereas I tend to believe that one must
weigh up the pros and cons of them.

From a social point of view, studying abroad is indeed bound to higher education, which means it might
lead to both tertiary study and living abroad. For instance, a group of profound educationalists, working
at a prestigious university, conducted a longitudinal study to understand the relationship between
reasonable prices and knowledge requisition as well as education quality. Therefore, this evidence
presented thus far support the contention that future careers are positively correlated not only with
secondary schools but also primary schools.

Moreover, in educational terms, professional training is undoubtedly attributable to job opportunities, in

that it would lead to elementary school, being a pupil, and an apprentice teacher. A well-known example
of such attributions is the college tuition, which is cause for concern since it had been mistaken in taking
mid-term exams for granted. Had it educated lessons in advance, it might have had the opportunity to
live and study abroad.

To recapitulate, I firmly believe that the reason beyond studying overseas must be taken into
consideration. However, as every garden may have some weeds, the local authorities are recommended
to enforce some strict legislation, and individuals are hoped to heighten their intellect.

Summarize Written Text Template

provided by Meisam Alhajaj Lafte

1- The following template has been written for the purpose of gaining the best
result in “summarize written text” in PTE Academic examination.

2- In SWT, you do not need to paraphrase each sentence as well as each word.

3- In SWT, the less number of words you have in your writing, the more
possibilities you have to be successful in this part. If you are able to write all
the important keywords in just 30 words, it is enough. Otherwise, write 50
words at most.

4- The most important aspect of SWT is the keywords, do not try to paraphrase
important keywords since the artificial intelligence may not consider it as a
synonym to the omitted keyword. However, it seems that there is no
difference between “develop”, “developing”, “developed”, “develops” or
even “development” and “developmental” when they serve as a keyword. In
other words, keywords may appear in different types in your SWT.

5- It is quite easy to paraphrase the sentence in SWT; you just need to change
the sequence of the words in each sentence or just omit or add an adjective
or adverb to the sentence.

6- Please avoid using repeated keywords or any other words since the computer
should detect any keywords only once. It should be also noted that there is
no difference between “live” and “living” for the computer so write only one
type of the word and only write it once. There are two mistakes in the second

7- Do not try to implement complex sentences or/and complex grammar

8- It is important to locate the keywords, practice to find relevant words and be
aware that not all the words are suitable for such a purpose. In most cases,
the name of the people and places are not appropriate to be used as
keywords, even the time and year as well as other specific information can
be neglected.

9- Most probably, you will face two or three SWTs in your exam, even if you use
the same template for all your SWTs it is okay as each part of the exam will
be evaluated separately.

10- do not try to repeat any word in your writing as the computer does not care
how many times you write the keywords.

11- If you find out that a verb must be served as a keyword just try to use the
“ing” form of the verb, such as forcing, developing, and replacing.

12- If you find out that an adjective must be served as the keyword just try to
add being before the adjective, such as being developed and being
successful.

13- make sure that all the nouns to be used as keywords have related articles.
