RESPONSE

Goal: To preserve life and provide basic needs of affected population by establishing an organized and sustainable response based on accepted standards during and right after a
disaster

Objective:
Facilitate safe and on time response.
Provide basic sustenance needs of affected population.
Provide temporary shelter for affected population.
Decrease number of preventable deaths and injuries.

Outcome:
Conducted continuous training and seminars; Built partnership with force multipliers and private sectors; Activated deployment of search, rescue and retrieval teams; enforced
municipal ordinances regarding pre-emptive and forced evacuation area; Prevented disaster stricken diseases; Initiated psychological assistance.
