SUBJECT: ZTQT – Batch Creation of Plant Links

1) Create a file in Excel with two columns (template can be used). Column A
contains the Material Number, and column B contains the Plant Code. Both are required on
every row.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If your plant code begins with a zero, be sure to
place a ‘ (single tick mark) at the beginning of the field.

2) Save the file in “Text (Tab Deliminated) (*.txt)” format. Close the file.
3) Select to go to the SAP Menu view.
4) Enter transaction code ZT00, and select .
5) Open the path , and double-click on
.
6) Browse to find your file on your PC, saved in step 2.

7) Select .
8) A pop-up window appears, with a file to be downloaded to your PC with results. Select
.
9) Select to replace your original upload with the results.
10) An information window appears with the name of a scheduled job for this upload, and the
estimated date/time for the upload (based on the date/time in Brussels, Belgium). Select .
11) An information screen, with the number of records processed appears. Click to exit the
process.
12) Open your report file, and review information. The material status is provided. Only
materials in status “R” will flow to the OLTP.
13) Refer to the “Job Status Tracking” OPL to confirm the job has finished.
