Lift Logs

How-To
Chair Lift Logs!

Don’t be a bump on a Log.

Wild Mountain Ski &

Snowboard Area
What is a Daily Log?
• A Daily Log is the
tool we use to record
all of our safety
checks.
• At Wild Mountain,
we all work hard to
make sure everything
is safe. Daily Logs are
a way for us to prove
that we did our jobs.
• Following the
instructions on the
Daily Logs and filling
them out correctly is a
way for you to protect
our Guests, yourself,
and the company all
at once.
Daily Information
The Chair you’re working at that shift
Today’s date
The scheduled opening and closing
times for your lift that day.
The Supervisors scheduled to open and close
that day.

Even if you do the best job in the world, we

have to know where and when you did it!

There will be a white board in the time clock room with

the information needed to fill out this section of the
Daily Log.
Attendant Record
Clearly write your first and last name, the time you
arrived at the chair, and the time you left it.

Only write in your own information. The other

employees are responsible for their own record.

There are times when we need to be

able to show who was working at a
certain lift at a certain time. The
Attendant Record lets us to that.
Safety Checks: Loading Station
The second page of the form is where we get the instructions to do our safety checks,
and where we record the results of those checks. The Loading Station is the first one.

Reported By: Write down your name so we know who did

these safety checks.
Inside Controls : Actually test start, service brake,
and speed controls to make sure they are working.

Outside Stop
