Elaborate the basic features of the code. (8 marks) b) Explain in detail the provision of Section 52 of National Land Code 1965 as amended regarding the category of land use. (9 marks) c) Temporary Occupation Licence is one of the ways in which the State Authority disposes ‘State Land. Explain the right of owners of the Temporary Occupation Licence. (8 marks) QUESTION 2 a) Interpret the meaning of land alienation as in Section 76 of the National Land Code 1965 (Amended), (5 marks) b) Explain the characteristics of the following: i) Registry Office Title (6 marks) ii) Land Office Title (6 marks) ii) Final Title (5 marks) iv) Qualified Title (6 marks) QUESTION 3 a) Puan Fatimah owns a piece of land with a provisional area of 5,000 square metres. The land is under Qualified Title with No. HS(D) 43161, Mukim of Batu, Daerah of Kuala Lumpur with category of land use ‘Industry’. The owner intends to carry out the following activities but she has no confidence whether the activities are permissible or not. Point out your advice to Puan Fatimah on the following matters: i) To construct a two-storey factory on the whole area of the land.
