Age  35- 42 yrs
Education  B.E. (Mining Engineering)
& Skills  Good oral and written proficiency in English.
 Computer literacy ability to use Word, Excel & experience of Surpac/Micromine software
program is preferred
 First or Second Class Mine Managers’ Certificate
Experience  12+ years of experience in operating open pit mines (Metaliferrous)
 Experience of high rainfall area and VERY STRONG management of dewatering pumps
 Experience of managing local communities relations and reoccurring problems faced with
community labor workforce
 CAT/KOMATSU/Other leading brand equipment experience

Job Specification:
Scope  manage & direct of all mining, hydrological activities at two deposits
 50:50 office/site
Job Specific  Someone with Africa experience preferred
Comments  Good organizational skills and is a proactive leader with communication & team
building skills
 Good understanding of geotechnical parameters
 Good understanding of working in wet environments with heavy rainfall e.g. South
India, Goa, Karantaka, Or Africa (DR Congo, Zambia, Ghana, Nigeria)
