The billets shall be made from steel made by the basic oxygen process or electric-furnace process. Tapping of liquid metal for secondary refining in Ladle Furnace should be done through Eccentric bottom tap hole or fast titing process to ensure slag free taping. Steel billets will be manufactured by the method: continuous cast. The steel will be killed and made according to fine grain practice. 1.
