Introduction

From a code of conduct to benefits and perks to employment details, this employee
handbook template has everything you need to start your own job responsibilities
and work ethics.

This employee handbook is a document that communicates your company’s mission,


policies and expectations. Southwest Computers and Technologies and her
management would like to give this to employees to clarify their rights and
responsibilities while they’re employed with the company.

Employment contract

Full-time employees under an indefinite duration contract are entitled to our
company’s full benefits. Full-time employees must work at least [42.5 hours] per
week or [170 hours] per month fruitfully to the company and faithfully.

Southwest Computers and Technologies would like to remind her employees that, in
the company, employment is “at-will.” This means that company may pay-cut or if the
employee is found non-beneficial, then the company may terminate her employment
relationship at any time and for any non-discriminatory reason(s).

Meaning:
 Non-beneficial:
o Unable to corporate the business roles and responsibilities, working
hours, below average revenue generation to the company, non-
initiative or absent minded/ getting carried away with the social media/
e-sports in an office hours/ business working hours and non-punctual.
o Unable to meet at least 70% sales target that may get assigned to
particular executive or department.
o If found doing free lancing jobs after office hours and misusing of office
properties.
o Shortage of stock and office’s cash.
 Here, if the cash or stock is physically short and if the same
has no record of an original evidence, then the responsible
employee may be questioned by the management and
proceed for the further legal actions and decision.

o If found disclosed of non- disclosure agreement & confidential agreement


signed during initial appointment letter.

Employees during his/ her probation, the management will be monitoring on their daily
learning ability, job seriousness and genuine interest to perform them well and achieve
them under tremendous work and time pressure of competitive business world. After
completion of their probation or average score of their performance rating will not be
accepted in issuing employment job confirmation.

The service confirmation notice in written will be issued to employee unless the
management is satisfied with employee’s performance and dedication to his/her job
responsibilities.
