OVERVIEW OF LEARNING ACTIVITIES A person who is free from illness and can do physical or sports activities and still has extra energy to do more activities is considered to be physically fit. Physical fitness is a combination of health fitness and body fitness. Whereas, Body fitness refers to the ability to perform strenous physical or sports activities without getting tires easily. In so doing one must be health concious of what he/she eats and is physically active by doing regular exercises.
