The first segment consisting of individual retail buyers they are displaying picking buying
behavior. Since their buying behavior is not concerned about brands and showing random
behavior hence it is difficult to understand what they truly want. So in this case the marketing
strategy should focus on offering them everything or the best of the product, to offer
customers what they want, when they want it. In this way sales can increase.
The second segment consist of large organizations construction groups and they are
displaying problem solving buying behaviour hence their purchase holds more importance.
For this type of group, they usually buy frequently purchased items required for their
construction projects so it is advisable to sell them less priced products since they buy in
large quantities.
