Ref: Reform No.185-198 of State Reform Action Plan, 2020-21 under EoDB

As per the Reform No.185-198 of State Reform Action Plan, 2020-21 sanction for
storage of construction material and integration of online System with SDP is one of reform
mandated under EoDB.

In this regard, it is hereby clarified that as per AP Building rules, no separate

permission is required for storage of construction material and permission for construction of
building includes, permission for storage of construction material within the premises.
Further, online building permission system is already integrated with Single desk portal as
per EoDB reforms.

In view of the above, all Commissioners of ULBs, AMRDA, VMRDA/ Vice Chairmen of

sou )/he
UDAs are requested not to insist for permission for storage of construction material in their
respective jurisdiction.
