CVS PBL case 2 (2018-2019) “Almost Fainted On Getting Up” Oo gr Vike’ Bet, te Brolin 63-year-old man presented to hospital with attacks of dizziness and dimness of vision on standing up, occurring particularly after meals since one month ago. Blood sugar and other tests revealed that the patient was diabetic.
