HEMOMIX3 is a modern blood collection monitor with bidirectional data communication, carefully designed for
powerful, versatile and intuitive use.
- 3D mixing system 12° angle 20 RPM, continuous or programmable intervals, reverse option
- High contrast graphics display backlighted showing target/actual volume, actual blood flow, collection time,
analog proportional bar, status bar (warning, memory, battery and clamp status), icon-based UI
- Predictive logic, warning for esteemed completion time exceeding maximum
- Simplified membrane keyboard with tactile feedback and bounce prevention
- Clamp with tube retention shape and detectors for tube and clamp position
- Multicolour indicator light for 360° display to operators and to donors
- Up to 5 customizable volume pre-sets. Up to 20 different working programs
- Target weight can be edited, also during collection, in steps of 1, 5 or 10 units

HEMOMIX3 accepts all kinds of blood bags thanks to its wide pan. 3D mixing system, with stop and reverse
options, guarantees best mixing of blood with anticoagulant. Adjustable alarms for low and high flow and set
of maximum donation timeout up to 20 minutes. Programmable default values for most common parameters
of collections, such as 5 different target volumes (for example 450, 250, 350, 405 and 475 units) easily
switching with one key. The target volume can be changed at any time also during the donation. Auto tare and
automatic clamp of tubing at the end of donation with visual and audible alarms (multicolour light blinks on
top of the clamp for easy identification of the warning status). Safety switches inside the protection cap of the
clamp to continuously control if tubing is properly in place and if the clamp is closed. At the end of each
collection, the display shows a summary including the collected volume, the collection time, the average flow
and the pause time. During the collection, the graphic display shows: donation time, target volume, actual
collected volume and actual donation flow, with warning if the predicted completion time is exceeding the
maximum time set. All collection data can be recalled and read from the mixer memory or they can be
transferred onto the memory card (optional) or sent to the computer. Weighing system of HEMOMIX3 is tough
and very simple to calibrate, it takes only few seconds with a known calibration mass (optional). With the
removable - rechargeable battery pack (optional), HEMOMIX3 can work without power for up to 70 donations.
The battery pack can be charged by powering the device or by the optional external battery charger (option).
Up to 255 mixers can be connected on the same network (using option accessories).
