OPPORTUNITIES
Welcome

Thank you for your interest in joining Alstom.

Our business in the UK thrives because of the fantastic people who work
for us. As we build for the future, nothing is more important to me than
encouraging the best and brightest like you to join our apprenticeship
programme and help us become even better.

I have always been impressed with the enthusiasm and commitment

shown by our diverse range of apprentices. In return, we offer what I
believe is a uniquely exciting range of opportunities to learn and develop
within our company, working with some of the most exciting people and
projects in the industry.

We are a global company with a history that stretches back to the dawn of
the railway in the UK, but we have never stopped innovating. Our future
now is dedicated to breakthrough new technologies like our zero-emissions
hydrogen train to help build a carbon free railway, smart maintenance
systems that use big-data to predict the future of components and
signalling systems so intelligent they can drive trains automatically.

I hope you will be as excited as I am about what we could achieve in these

areas together. I look forward to meeting you.

Nick Crossfield, Managing Director, UK and Ireland
