The Role Financial Market and other sectors of the Financial System presented by
Ms. Joan Magdaet is concerned about keeping one business running or the one in the dept.
by exchanging funds. These are the components or sectors of the Financial System
including the Financial Market that balance the economic or business growth of both fund
users (borrowers) and Suppliers of funds (Excess Funds) with Private Placement (or
Agreement) and Financial Instruments (Things used in a flow of funds e.g., asset-cash etc.)
Specially Financial Markets (Where transactions are made directly) and Financial
Institutions. Financial Market is a place where people exchange securities and derivatives
at low transaction costs. It has a classification (e.g., Money Market, Capital Market,
Primary Market and Secondary Market). In conclusion, I'm gladly of this because it
enables the financial process by accelerating the flow of funds between savers and
lenders, thereby ensuring that the financial resources are properly allocated towards
promoting economic growth and development.
