The issue that I researched was Deaf Employment VS. Hearing employment.

The Research was conducted online. The website that the research originated
from was https://www.nationaldeafcenter.org/resource/deaf-people-and-
employment-united-states The stakeholders that it affects would be the Deaf
Community. I would say that Employers are part of the Cause of the issue of many
deaf people not being able to get jobs because the Employer doesn’t want to
accommodate those who are Deaf. This issue is important to look into because
those who are Deaf need to be able to make a living just like those who are
hearing need to be able to make a living and to be able to pay bills, buy food, etc.
