RESOLUTION NO. 23
Series of 2019

RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ADMINISTRATIVE ORDINANCE NO. 19 AUTHORIZING THE

GRANT OF SERVICE RECOGNITION INCENTIVE TO GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES
(LGU:Barangay Officials) of Barangay Artacho, Bautista, Pangasinan for Fiscal Year 2019
AMOUNTING TO THIRTY THREE THOUSAND PESOS (₱33,000.00).

WHEREAS, the honorable Punong Barangay Novel M. Niño presented to the Barangay legislative
body, the Section 6 of ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO.19 by the President of the Philippines
RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE or Service Recognition Incentive for employees in Local Government
Units including those in the barangay amounting to THIRTY THREE THOUSAND PESOS
(₱33,000.00).

WHEREAS, after through study and deliberation, the Honorable Body had unanimously
considered the Administrative Ordinance No. 19 where they deserve to be rewarded to recognize
their collective and unceasing participation in and invaluable contribution to the administration’s
continuing efforts toward the establishment of streamlined government processes and more
responsive delivery of public services.

WHEREFORE, on motion of Barangay Kagawad Roger C. Braceros, Committee Chairman on

Appropriations and duly seconded by all members of the Sangguniang Barangay, it was;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to adopt and approved the above-mentioned

resolution of Barangay Artacho, Bautista, Pangasinan for Calendar Year 2019.
