The Department of Health Zamboanga Peninsula Center for

Health Development hereby authorizes the following engineers of
St. Gerard Construction, all residents of Zamboanga City, to
conduct project evaluation and assessment of remaining work to
expedite the completion of the proposed DRUG TREATMENT AND
REHABILITATION CENTER at Barangay Misok, Sindangan, Zamboanga
del Norte on September 30 to October 02, 2020:

1. ENGR. REGINALD P. BACHERO Senior Engineer

2. ENGR. KENT BENEDICT L. RAMOS Site Engineer
3. ENGR. JOHN CHRISTORPHER ENRERA Site Engineer

This authorization is issued upon the request of St. Gerard

Construction for its authorized personnel in support of the
Community Quarantine Pass and be allowed to pass Military and
Police Checkpoints.
