In July 2020 the online
course Micro-history and techniques
of comics was held by the cartoonist
Claudio Calia with more than ninety partici-
pants from 11 countries in 4 continents: Tuni-
sia, Morocco, Libya, Iraq, Guatemala, Ecua-
dor, Kenya, Tanzania , Ethiopia, Italy, and
Mozambique.
The path developed with lesson about the hi-
story of comics, accompanied by exercises,
moments of web live meeting and constant
interaction with the trainer.
An interesting workshop that led the partici-
pants to develop a comic dedicated to telling
the present and the future over time of pan-
demic.

rect, of his Dossier TAV. Una questione
democratica is released always with Bec-
coGiallo.

(Gallo Nero, 2010).
Since 2016 he has held comic courses in
Iraq, Morocco and Tunisia, in collabora-
tion with the YaBasta - Caminantes Asso-
ciation, Un ponte per... and CEFA Onlus.
Collaborator of the comics magazine Li-
nus, he is president of the association
Oblò - APS, created to promote indepen-
dent comics.
