SYSTEM FOR WORKERS WITH COMPLAINS

 2-3 WEEKS MAXIMUM TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM OF WORKERS.


 INFORM OUR OFFICE WHEN THE WORKER ARRIVED IN THE ACCOMMODATION
 ALHAIDER OFFICE WILL TALK TO THE APPLICANT FIRST
 AL HAIDER REPRESENTATIVE (MS. LORENA/SIR ABU HASSAN) WILL INFORM OUR
OFFICE (IMSI IN THE GROUP ITS EITHER MS. JENN/MS.MARYAN/MS.GRAZEL)
 WE WILL CALL THE AGENT AND WE WILL GIVE THEM 5 WORKING DAYS TO SOLVE
THE PROBLEM
WE WILL GIVE THE CONTACT NUMBER OF MS. LORENA WITH THE AGENTS TO TALK
TO THE WORKER
 SENT THE WORKER TO MEDICAL CLINIC IF THE PROBLEM IS MEDICAL CONDITION
(MAXIMUM OF 48 HOURS FOR THE MEDICAL RESULT)
 FINAL DECISION

BUT…..
 IF THE WORKER HAS COMPLAIN FROM OWWA OR POEA WE WILL FINISHED
IMMEDIATELY SEND HER BACK HOME OR SEND HER TO POLO FOR HER WRITTEN STATEMENT
(WRITTEN STATEMENT MUST BE CHECK WITH IMSI OFFICE BEFORE STAMPED TO POLO) AND
YOU WILL GIVE US URGENT UPDATE EVERY 4 WORKING DAYS FOR THE NOTICE OF
REPATRIATION IN POEA AND OWWA AND WE (MR. HUSSAIN, BOSS HUSHAM AND STAFF OF
IMSI) WILL STUDY THE CASE.

RULES FOR REPLACEMENTS:

1. WHEN THE APPLICANT WORK WITH THE EMPLOYER LESS THAN 3 MONTHS
AND PROBLEM IS WITH THE WORKER WE WILL REPLACE THE WORKER AND
WE WILL USE THE SYSTEM.

2. IF THE APPLICANT WORK WITH THE EMPLOYER LESS THAN 3 MONTHS AND
THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE EMPLOYER (NO SALARY, NO FOOD, NO PRIVATE
ROOM, THERE IS A CONTRACT VIOLATION) WE WILL CHANGE EMPLOYER BUT
WE WILL USE THE PROCESS OF THE SYSTEM MENTIONED ABOVE.

3. IF THE APPLICANT WORK WITH THE EMPLOYER MORE THAN 3 MONTHS AND
THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE EMPLOYER WE WILL NOT REPLACE THE WORKER
BUT WE WILL USE THE PROCESS OF THE SYSTEM ABOVE.

4. IF THE APPLICANT WORK WITH THE EMPLOYER MORE THAN 3 MONTHS AND
THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE WORKER (REFUSED TO WORK, MANY DRAMA
AND JUST TELLING LIES) WE WILL REPLACE BUT WE WILL USE THE PROCESS
OF THE SYSTEM ABOVE.
IMPLEMENTATION OF RULES FOR EMPLOYERS
(Kindly inform employers when they request Kadama in your office)

 Give their salaries.Salary of workers must be paid on time.


 Give them Food. Food must be provided by the employers.
 Let the worker buy her own Saudi Sim Card.
 No borrowing of money from the workers.
 Give them sleep for at least 6-7 hours every day.
 Mobile Phones are allowed to workers in case of emergencies and for
family communication twice a month.
 No workers will work for 2 or more houses even with the house of
employers family member.
 No Replacement (Sexual Harassment and Maltreatment)
 Workers will not work as Baby Sitter (FOR BABIES 0-12 MOS.) at the same
time will work on household chores.
 Treat our workers as human beings.
