Don't Give Up

(Bruno Mars)

When you wanna do something that's new.

And it seems really, really hard to do.

You feel like quitting, you feel you're through.

Well I have some advice for you

Don't give up, keep on trying,

Y'all gonna make it (ah yeah) don't give up.

Don't ever quit, try and try and you can do it, don't give up (yeah)
If you want to catch a ball, but you're having no luck at all.

The ball hits your head, it hits your nose.

It hits your belly, your chin and toes.

Well try and try and try again, keep on trying and soon

You'll put your hands out in the air,

You'll catch that ball, yes this I swear

Don't give up, keep on going.

You're on a boat, so keep on rowing

Don't give up, don't ever stop,

Try and try and you'll come out on top, don't give up.
You got yourself new roller-skates.

You put them on and you feel great,

Stand up, but then you fall,

Don't think you can skate at all.

You get back up and then you trip

You skip and tip and slip and flip

Well try and try and try some more,

And soon you're skating across the floor.

Don't give up, keep on moving.

You're gonna get there just keep on grooving

Don't give up, don't pack it in,

Try and try and you will win, don't give up.

No nono, don't give upNo no no, don't give up

No nono, don't give up, no no

Don't give up

Meanwhile, many studies have identified a relationship between
kids who watch TV a lot and being inactive and overweight.

Considering some facts mentioning above, protect your children

with the following tips:

1. Limit television viewing to one-two hours each day

2. Do not allow your children to have a TV set in their own
bedrooms

6 Angels
Two traveling angels stopped to spend the night in the home
of a wealthy family. The family was rude and refused to let the
angels stay in the mansion's guest room. Instead the angels
were given a space in the cold basement.
As they made their bed on the hard floor, the older angel saw
a hole in the wall and repaired it. When the younger angel asked
why, the older angel replied, "Things aren't always what they
seem."
The next night the pair came to rest at the house of a very
poor, but very hospitable farmer and his wife. After sharing what
little food they had, the couple let the angels sleep in their bed
where they could have a good night's rest. When the sun came
up the next morning, the angels found the farmer and his wife in
tears. Their only cow, whose milk had been their sole income, lay
dead in the field.
The younger angel was infuriated and asked the older angel,
"How could you have let this happen? The first man had
everything, yet you helped him," she accused, "The second
family had little but was willing to share everything, and you let
their cow die."
"Things aren't always what they seem," the older angel replied.
"When we stayed in the basement of the mansion, I noticed there
was gold stored in that hole in the wall. Since the owner was so
obsessed with greed and unwilling to share his good fortune, I
sealed the wall so he wouldn't find it. Then, last night as we slept
in the farmer's bed, the angel of death came for his wife. I gave
him the cow instead. Things aren't always what they seem."
Sometimes this is exactly what happens when things don't turn
out the way they should. If you have faith, you just need to trust
that every outcome is always to your advantage. You might not
know it until some time later.

When people think of invention, they often think of things which
are technically complicated, or which require electricity in order to
work. This is especially true in the 21st century, with our obsession
for mobile phones, portable computers, digital cameras and other
electronic items.

However, many of the invention which have changed our lives

have been very simple things. Without the wheel, for example, we
would not have cars, motorbikes or bicycles. Aeroplanes would not
exist, as they would not be able to take off or land without wheels.
Furthermore, wheels, in one form or another, are an important part
of many smaller machines, like watches and computers.

Great simple invention can also be found outside the office, of

course. In my opinion, some of the most important inventions are
those which have a medical purpose. Aspirin and syringes, for
example, have helped to relieve pain and prevent or cure disease.

Many other great invention are even simple. A wheel requires

parts which move. This means that compared with a paper clip, an
elastic band or a sheet of paper, it is quite complicated. But these
smaller items are an essential part of every office. The same can
be said for pencils, sticky tape, and many other stationary items.

In conclusion, I believe that a great invention does not have to be

complicated or technical. It can be something small or simple
which has changed or improved our lives in some way. After all,
most of us have a mobile phone, but it could not cure us if we
became ill.

I was weak

Words he shared

Drove my thoughts wild

I never dream

He noticed me

Behind a hidden screen

For within a dreamer's

A touch of desire

I breathe in the night air

His scent makes my heart race
Like a wild animal with a hunger rush
Flames within a touch of desire..

Review: The Woman in Black

By Gregg Katzman

The Woman in Black shares the same experience as being in a haunted

house. There's some tension between jump scares, but ultimately, you know
there's no real risk of danger.

The Woman in Black is about Arthur Kipps, a young lawyer (Daniel

Radcliffe) visiting a remote village to collect paperwork from a deceased
woman's house. As he arrives, the locals give him the cold shoulder and he
quickly discovers the suspiciously spooky mansion, is indeed haunted. The
scorned woman is horrifying the local community, taking the lives of their
children from time to time. As Arthur spends more time in the house, it
becomes clear that the locals aren't crazy and there's some spooky stuff
3 going on at the wealthy estate.
3     I'm sure everyone is wondering about Radcliffe's performance, but he's not
the star of the film. The estate is the spotlight in The Woman in Black. It really
is the one and only scary aspect of this film. The rundown house on an island
oozes atmosphere and one would have to be bearing with courage, or filled
with stupidity, to venture around the home alone investigating noises, like
Arthur did.

Some will dispute that this film has an excellent classic vibe, proving a
horror movie can be done well without violence. There's tension, suspense, a
few well-placed jump scares and you have no idea what's going to happen
next.

One promotion method people can consider is through the Internet. Internet
promotion has advantages and disadvantages.

Internet promotion presents the advantage of a smaller budget and storage

costs, when compared to printing brochures, producing television or radio
advertisements or managing a call center. It presents a fast and cost effective
option for penetrating new markets.

Besides that, e-mail makes business communications instant. It makes it

easier for customers to maintain contact and readily facilitates repeat
purchasing. The net result is that, a small business can gain significant
competitive advantage in a given market.

Furthermore, Internet promotion also provides the advantage of endurance.

Whereas participation at a trade fair or conference loses sales impact, once it
is over. An advertisement in a newspaper or business magazine may quickly
lose its sales generating value within a day or two, or as soon as the next
issue is released. Internet promotion is often timeless. Apart from the dates
and sometimes prices, much of your website contents remain valid years
later.

However, Internet promotion is not without its risks and weaknesses. With

millions of businesses selling the same products and services, competing
with more established businesses can be frustrating and a costly venture for
small businesses.

Another notable disadvantage is that it may be difficult for the

businesspersons and consumers to thoroughly evaluate the legitimacy of a
transaction. Small businesses are particularly vulnerable to theft, using stolen
credit cards and stolen information to do online transactions.

Then, another disadvantage is that the customers and businesspersons are

isolated. There is little personal contact between customer and salesperson
prior to and after the sales transaction. Thus, the prospect for repeat sales
may diminish.

From all indications, it appears that the advantages of Internet promotion far
exceed the disadvantages. With adequate knowledge, entrepreneurs can
benefit significantly from Internet promotions, especially small business
owners.

Kang Chol Hwan was born into a loyal family that had once lived in
the large Korean community of Japan. In Kyoto, his grandfather
had been supporter of Kim II Sung, North Korean's Great Leader
since 1945. In 1961 the grandfather returned with his family to
North Korea and had important government post.
Within months, however, he was complaining to friends that North
Korea was not the country he had expected. He was shocked to

Blueberries, cranberries, and huckleberries-like dark skinned bunch grapes-

contain restorative, a potential anticancer agent. That's a new finding from
preliminary data from ARS collaborative studies with Rutgers University-New
Jersey and Ag Canada, Kent ville, Nova Scotti. Restorative protects dark-
skinned bunch grapes from fungal diseases and provides health benefits to
consumers, including protection from cardiovascular disease. The
compound's anticancer potential warranted its examination in other fruits.

Using gas chromatographic and mass spectrometric procedures, the

scientists measured the restorative content of 30 whole fruit samples of
blueberry, cranberry, huckleberry, and related plants representing 5 families
and 10 species of Vaccination fruit. They found that several samples
4 contained varying amounts of the compound. Analysis of extracts of the skin,
4 juice/pulp, and seed of muscadine grapes showed that its concentration in
fruit skin was highest. Levels in the juice/pulp were much lower than in either
skin or seeds. Researchers are continuing to analyze more Vaccination and
muscadine samples. Future research goals will include enhancing production
of restorative in selected species.
What is the purpose of the text?

Jawaban

purpose of the text is to explain the research about the containing of
