Personal Statement

I can live an average life, but by accepting that I will loose out on much more. I therefore set myself to not
be average, give everything I do my all and stay positive at all times

immunization coverage in the country.

 Coordinating all the activities from state level, payam and boma level.

January to June 2019, I worked as County Health Manager for pigi county with Nile Hope under RRHP.

 Conducting monthly meetings with the facility staff
 Encouraging community participation through conducting meetings with the local authorities, chiefs
and community influencers such as the teachers.

Relevant Skills

 Organizational skills developed while working as a state social mobilization officer and county
health manager in 2017 to 2019 respectively. I learnt how to be organized in preparation to
offer service delivery to the community.
 Communication skills have been developed by constant contact with people in training
workshop and during coordination meetings. I can ably and competently pass on a
communication.
 Leadership skills which I acquired from as far as high school where I was a student leader, but
mostly which have been developed by membership of disciplinary committee.
 Research skills, which have been developed by my class work but mostly from by the
advanced assignment papers I do in the Honours collage.
 Team build skills which have been developed by working with different people while aiming at
achieving the same goal especially during my internship time at Arua regional referral Hospital
in Uganda.
