RIGHTS
Right of resale.

RIGHTS

In Maceda Law, if the contract is cancelled,
the buyer shall be entitled to the refund of
the cash surrender value of the payments on
the property.
In Maceda Law, the buyer shall have right to
the realty during the grace period before the
cancellation of the contract.
OBLIGATIONS
To transfer ownership of the determinate
thing
To deliver the thing, with its accessions and
accessories, if any, in the condition in which
they were upon the perfection of the contract.
To warrant against eviction and hidden
effects.
To take care of the thing, pending delivery,
with proper diligence
Liable to the vendee for any hidden faults or
defects in the thing sold, even though he was
not aware thereof.
To pay for the expenses of the deed of sale,
unless there is a stipulation to the contrary.
OBLIGATIONS
To accept delivery of the thing sold
To pay the price of the thing sold at the time
and place stipulated in the
contract.
If stated in the agreement, pay for the
expenses for the execution and registration of
the sale and putting the goods I deliverable
state.
VENDEE
 RECTO LAW
