I will choose a business in line with our family business and it will be a Supermarket.

So, I can exercise my knowledge, experience, and passion. The following will be the
six domains of the entrepreneurial ecosystem of the business:

Markets

                    Since our family has the experience in wholesale and retail trading and
already build its name, it would be easy for me to get the attention and trust of every
customer in our city. I will make use of our family connection in terms of high quality
supplier.

Policy

                    For the customers, I will ensure high standard products and service, fast
and efficient transactions, and make sure everything they need is available in my
supermarket. For the Employees, they will receive incentives and benefits according
to the government guidelines, and exercise their rights.

Finance

          To finance my business the capital will mostly capitalize from my own money
to secure greater return. 70% will come from my savings and some will from my
family and 30% will be debts either from banks or private leaders.

Culture

          Our family has a history of wholesale and retail trading and it still operating
until now. When it comes to dealing with risks, mistakes, and failures, my parents are
willing to give advice to avoid or lessen it based on their experience. Since our family
already build a brand name in the market gaining trust in the customers would be
easy and the only thing left will be how to innovate and be creative.

 Supports
          In building a business, supports are very important to be successful. For the
infrastructure, to make my business customer-friendly I will need a hand from the
transportation group to have convenient transportation. For professional support,
accounting plays a vital role in every business and it helps for better decision
making.  And also, to enhance my entrepreneurial skills I need to join conferences
and seminars related to my business and to learn new strategies.

Human Capitals

          For the start-up, I will hire enough laborers with skills and with or without
experience. Then train them to serve standard customer service as our first priority in
conducting the business.
