positive limit to practice the desired

The program will allow the user again to select
the limits for another multiplication table he or
she wants to practice
The program will allow the user to exit the
console screen by pressing any key
The program will display “excellent “on the
screen
The program will display “very good “ on the
screen
The program will display “good” on the console
screen
The program will display “don’t give up try again”
