Title : “Pupils’ Poor Performance in Numeracy”

Statement of the Problem/Objectives

This research will determine the pupils’ poor performance in numeracy of Grade 3 at Tagbon

Elementary School for school year 2020-2021. Specifically, it sought answers to the following

questions:

1. What is the scholastic rating of Grade 3 pupils in numeracy during the first grading

period at Tagbon Elementary School, school year 2020-2021?

2. What are the different factors / attitudes that affects the pupils’ poor performance in

numeracy of Grade 3?

3. What suggestions/recommendations can be offered to improve the poor performance of

Grade 3 pupils in Numeracy based from the results of the Survey?
