MOTION FOR RESETTING

COMES NOW, Defendant, _______, by counsel to the Honorable Court, respectfully

states: That-

1. On the next scheduled hearing, February 14, 2020, herein Defendant was supposed to
testify to substantiate her affirmative defense as set forth in her Answer.

2. Recently however, Defendant _____ intimated to the undersigned that she could not
secure leave of absence from her employer in Manila due to hectic work schedule,
Thus, she cannot show up on the said scheduled hearing of this case.

3. In view hereof, she hereby requests through her counsel that the hearing of this case
be deferred and reset the same on March 30, 2020.

4. This is not intended for delay but for reason above-cited.

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this motion be granted.
