“Beautela” – Skopje is a type of a company which offers cosmetic

services. We can fulfill all of the customers’ beauty needs in one place.

PROJECT CHARTER

SUBJECT / THEME OF THE PROJECT:

With this project we will attempt to bring all of the cosmetics services at one
place, where we will also offer trainings and cosmetic courses. With this type of
beauty salon, the customers will be able to finish the wanted services faster,
which means to reduce their time spent on this type of favors’. We will specialize
in professional high end services in a friendly and fun atmosphere. We offer
Permanent Makeup, Microblading, Expert Eyebrow Shaping, Professional Skin
Care Services, Injectables, Glamour and Everyday Makeup Application and
Education and Lash Extensions.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT:

We have analyzed the needs of the customers, so in this project we will describe
why all of the cosmetic services must be at one place, and why is that important
to the customers’ needs and wants.
