2007 - 2008 Premier Customer Service Representative - Orange PCS Ltd, Langage Business

My role includes providing support for customers by telephone. I also liaise with other departments and
sources to monitor and resolve on going issues. I also monitored accounts continuously in order to
improve customer satisfaction. I have been involved on a number of occasions in assisting my then
Team Leader by taking charge of the team in there absence. I also floor walked new teams providing
support for them after training as they first joined the community as well as being appointed one of the
virtual trainer roles for the company.

2006 - 2007 Data Entry Clarke – Royal Mail

This roll involved updating systems in real time ensuring the data related to items processing through
said systems was up to date and accurate,
I was also for a short time placed in charge of teams ensuring that they were working efficiently and
accurately, offering coaching on any areas of their performance that needed it.

I am a very keen and hardworking individual, and enjoy a challenge, and the final result of the work that
I produce. I pride myself on the accuracy of the work that I produce and am very enthusiastic in my
approach to work. Due to my previous responsibilities I am able to use my time efficiently. I have had a
number of year’s experience working regularly with computer systems, which reflects the fact that I
have excellent keyboard skills and knowledge of most main computer systems. I can adapt to any
situation to effectively use my skills as required.
