TENDERER'S PROGRAMME FOR CONTRACT TR308

Tenderers shall submit a programme to demonstrate his ability to meet all

key dates including those specified in Schedule E of the Particular
Specification. For the purpose of tender submission, Tenderers shall use
the last day of the Tender validity as the commencement date in the
preparation of his programme. The actual commencement date of the
Contract shall be as specified in the Authority’s Letter of Acceptance.

The programme shall contain sufficient details to allow the Authority to have
a good appreciation of the Tenderer’s plan through a logical work sequence
that has taken in account of all constraints and the Authority’s Requirements.
Given the time constraint, this programme needs only to comply with the
following requirements:

1. The programming software shall be Primavera P6 Professional

Project Management Release 16.2 or later from Oracle’s Primavera
or Microsoft Project 2010 from Microsoft Corporation.

2. The programme content, format and layout shall be in accordance

with Appendix E of the General Specification respectively. The
programmes shall be submitted in colour, A3 size and bar chart
format. Hardcopy of the layout shall be organised using the activity
codes by Phase, Sub-phase, Area, Location, Location Detail and
System.

3. The programme format and layout shall be in accordance with

Appendix E of the General Specification respectively. However, only
the following needs to be submitted at tender:

a) Detail activities for all the works in various phases

demonstrating the meeting of key dates. This shall include the
relationships of works between different phases.

b) Manpower Resources Plan for the completion of the Works as

specified in Appendix E of the General Specification for the
respective programmes.
