You are junior mechanical engineer, working at workshop The


Vocational Scenario or employer asked you to give a brief and recommendations for the
Context emergency procedures required in some situations ; so your
supervisor is confident that you are suitable to working safely

A fire accident had occurred recently at the workshop, and it was


quite obvious that people present on site had different reactions
toward this incident and different opinions about actions to be
taken

Task 1
Following your induction training ,your manager asked you to
write a report describing:
 Who is responsible for extinguishing the fire
 Actions to be taken

Task 2 One of the students, during the transfer of the sheet


metal from the workplace to the store, was injured due to
mishandling of this sheet. The emergency procedures applied by
the people who were in the workshop are as follows:
1- Screaming loudly, there is an injured student in the
workplace.
2- Transfer the sheet metal from the floor of the
workshop to the store
3- Transfer the injured student to a suitable place
4- Bring the appropriate items from the first aid kit
5- Attempting to aid the injured student and then

Based on these qualities you have listed, you are now requested
by your manager to draft a report for the senior management ,in
the report you need to critically evaluate your strength and
identify areas of your personal qualities that could be improved
to ensure an effective working relationship between you and
other who work with you
