Project Description:

Macy’s is one of the biggest departmental stores in US, headquarters located at Atlanta.
They issue different Credit cards services to its customers. This project involved
enhancement to meet the client’s current requirement to replace all qualifying VISA
Co Branded cards with American express Co Branded cards. Macy's Credit and Customer
Services (MCCS) provide support, as well as timely technological improvements, for all
Macy's credit functions.

The module was basically upgraded for maintaining the customer accounts and transactions
of the customers who are migrated from visa to AMEX cards. The project involves issuing
New AMEX credit cards, maintaining card holder address, supplementary card details, credit
card Transactions.

It consists of five major modules namely Conversion, Rewards, Lost&Stolen, Stand In


modules.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Low Level Design.


• Analyzing the enhancement request as per the business needs.

Description:
MetLife, Inc. is a leading provider of insurance and other financial services to millions of
individual and institutional customers throughout the United States. Outside the U.S., MetLife
companies have direct insurance operations in Asia Pacific, Latin America and Europe.
This application is developed to provide the business with the full claim information. This
information will serves in tracking any delay in the claim life cycle, to analyze the case loads on
the claim handles and to analyze the performance of the claim handler. Claim data from local
server on to the mainframes system and processed by the batch application, where as the
online application allows to navigate through the claim data.
