DEED OF ASSIGNMENT AND TRANSFER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, Filipino of Legal age and a resident of Purok xxxxxxxxx Barangay.

San Jose, General Santos City, hereinafter referred as ASSIGNOR by the virtue of
Deed of Assignment and Transfer of Rights for and in consideration of the sum of
TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P 25,000). Philippine Currency to me in hand
paid by receipt of which is hereby acknowledge from xxxxxxxxx Filipino of legal age,
married and resident of Zone 8 Barangay. Bula, General Santos City, hereinafter as
ASSIGNEE, do hereby transfer all my rights and deliver to said xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, her
heirs, assigns and successors-in-interest that house and lot more particularly described
as follows:

“THIRTY (30) sq. meter portion of a parcel of house and lot situated in xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
General Santos City”

WHEREAS ASSIGNOR, with the house and lot situated at Zone 5 Barangay. Bula
General Santos City has offered to the assignee all her rights over above units, as
referred in said Contract to sell and the Assignee hereby accepts the assignment in
accordance with the terms here set forth;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing remises and the sum of
Twenty-Five Thousand (P 25,000). Philippine Currency, which the ASSIGNOR hereby
acknowledges to have received from the ASSIGNEE, the ASSIGNOR hereby assigns,
transfer and convey unto the ASSIGNEE all this rights and interest to the
aforementioned 30sq.meter of house and lot situated at Zone 5, Barangay. Bula
General Santos City and appurtenant interest in the property pursuant to this agreement
and the ASSIGNEE.
