    LETTER OF INTENT

    I am writing to inform you about my decision to retire from my current position of Nurse II for Ormoc District Hospital

    effective March 15, 2021.

    Thank you very much for the opportunity I had to work as a nurse for Ormoc District Hospital. I have enjoyed my time

    here the past 30 years, and while I am sad to be leaving, I am really looking forward to spend this next chapter of my life

    with my husband, children and grandchildren.
