IMPORTANT:
1. Processing of transaction to commence only upon submission of COMPLETE DOCUMENTS.
2. In all instances wherein photocopies are submitted, the original must be transmitted PRIOR TO CONTRACT SIGNING OF THE LESSOR.
3. In case of multiple transfer of ownerships WITHOUT title, require copies of the Deeds of Conveyance (Sale, Donation, Transfer, Waiver of Rights).
4. Require Notarized Special Power of Attorney (SPA) in case the owner of the land authorizes another person to sign the COL in his behalf.
5. Every Memorandum of Intent and Agreement must be signed in each and every page thereof.
