    1. Gearbox pinion shaft Vibrates High in STG#1 in stopped Condition.

    2. Sometimes, Generation voltage gives spike to 11.5KV in STG#1 & STG#2.

    3. In STG#2 Auto gland sealing steam drain line is in fault condition. (To drain Line)

    4. In STG#1 Auto gland sealing steam drain line is in fault condition. (To Condenser)

    5. Oil Leaking & Gearbox blind plug oil leaking is in the high speed coupling side.

    6. Cooling Tower Pond’s water Level low alarm doesn’t reset.

    7. Both STG’s BGM shows tripped signal in DCS at running condition.

    8. COP-2 shows trip signal in DCS at running condition.

    9. GSC/GVC blower feedback status doesn’t show proper data in DCS.

    10. Cooling tower vibration doesn’t show the transmitter value.

    11. STG#2 hot well level controller is not working in AUTO mode.

    12. Ejector drain steam trap is in the fault condition.

    13. Ejector drain bypass valve is broken.

    14. Sometimes, STG#1 & STG#2 shows the fault Governor Alarm.

    15. Sometimes, STG#1 & STG#2 shows the fault CEP Discharged Pressure low alarm.

    16. Both STG CEP Pump doesn’t work in AUTO MODE.

    17. Cooling Tower fan Vibration Transmitter 3 (CTFVT3) doesn’t work in DCS.

    18. Both STG’s Ejector system’s Temperature gauge is in the fault condition.

    19. Hissing sound is observed from the STG#1’s alternator side

    20. STG#1 is being tripped due to LOW FORWARD POWER (1.6MW).

    21. An Abnormal Sound is observed from the STG#2 when the load will be maximum.

    22. Lube oil Leakage is found in the STG#1’s Non Drive End Side.

    23. Both EOP doesn’t work in AUTO MODE.

    24. STG-2’s DC battery charger (FCBC-1) is showing fault status.

    25. Sometimes, Both STG Governor valve shows hunting problem and load fluctuates.

    26. sometimes, the exhaust pressure reach to -1.0 and Turbine is being tripped.

    27. STG-02’s Control Oil Pressure doesn't decrease, after stopping the COP pump.

    28. STG-02’s AVR panel Power factor indicating display doesn't show any kind of data.

    29. STG-01’s Vibration Monitoring System PNF LED light is blinking continuously.
