    I feel honored and gifted to be under such


    supreme quality master trainers who not only
    taught us how to teach but also made us
    learn how to be patient and active , and
    committed to your task.
    Moreover,I learnt from this auspicious
    occasion that teacher is not only responsible
    for academic tasks but administrative also.
    Besides this,I also learnt why portfolio is
    necessary and made for along with this I
    knew the standards required for teacher of
    modern times and what to be the
    characteristics of modern day class
    rooms.Not only this , but I also got the idea
    of significance of role play of child
    Psychology and individual difference in
    achievements of students' attitude, skills and
    knowledge.
    In addition to this,I understood what the
    curriculum and its importance is and
    including this I also got concept of active
    learning and low cost & no cost material.
    Along with this,I learnt how to assess the
    students to observe the achievement of SLOs
    and ILOs.
    Though this occasion was of minimum period
    yet it remained fruitful to all of us as it
    taught us having knowledge is not sufficient
    to be a teacher it also requires quality of
    effective communication , proper
    understanding of child psychology , use of
    various methods of productive teaching
    making of lesson plans for smooth running
    class in accordance with contents of course.
    This glorious chance of online training not
    only inculcated us the aforestated qualities
    and benefits but also made us aware with the
    use of MS Teams enhanced our technical
    approach too. Though the learning knows no
    bounds yet in this limited time we learnt a lot
    . This all credit goes to online training and it
    is in this way how important online training is
    in present pandemic period.
