    REQUEST FOR REFUND November 18,2020

    Honda Cars Tarlac


    MacArthur highway, Sta. Cruz, Tarlac

    Good day!

    This letter seeks to request a refund for the Honda Brio unit I have ordered and paid last
    June 2020 at your branch. I have completely paid my down payment amounting to ten
    thousand pesos (Php10,000.00) and seventeen thousand pesos (Php17,000.00) for chattel
    payment, hence, a total of Php 27,000 pesos in cash.

    I am seeking for a refund since my company needs a much bigger size of company car
    and unfortunately Honda brio does not fit to such. I will be grateful with your quick
    response to my request.

    Attached herewith is a copy of my Identification Cards (IDs). Thank you.
