CAREER OBJECTIVE
I always intend to find a company that properly assesses the capabilities and skills that I can develop,
dedicate in the long time. I am willing to overcome the challenges or difficulties that the company is
likely to encounter in the future. I'm not in a hurry to get promoted, because I am always willing to
learn and accumulate real-world experience so that I can be sure that the work is done the best.

1) From 04/2018 to present : Muse Medical Limited Company (Korean company)
Position : HR Manager
Key responsibilities:
A. HR
Restructure Organization chart, definition again functions for each department
Review job description and job title, job matching
Reviewed and setup internal salary table, salary policies, adjust salary structure.
Proposal for setting up new salary policies, new salary structure, compensation and benefit and
get approval from BOD.
Labor report to Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
Update Labor Law, Internal labor regulation, salary table and build up process, rule, policy.
Contribute to improve Internal Procedures, policies
Apply Visa, work permit for foreign employees
B: Recruitment
Directly screen CV, interview candidates with BOD for all position in the company
Proceeding all procedures onboard of employees
C: C&B
Review and update all C& B policies
Build up new salary policies, new salary table for employees
Maintenance salary system and payroll smoothly
D. Training
Build and action the training and development plan; documents.
Select appropriate methods to meet identified training needs within budget.
Coordinate all external and internal training programs at the company.
Maintaining employee training records.
E. Admin:
Manage and control admin and office cost
Develop regulations on document management; archive and manage legal documents of the
company
Establish regulations and norms related to procurement in stationery and other asset of the
company.

Position : HR Administrator
Key responsibilities:
A.Payroll Management:
Prepare, review and monitor monthly payroll for locals and expats. Ensure the process and
calculation are accurate, on time and compliant.
Answer payroll questions from employees and produce payroll report when requested by COO.
B. PIT & Dependent Registration:
Register for the issuance of PIT code for all employees.
Register PIT dependant for employees.
Regist tax code for employees who have not had
C. Social Insurance:
Register social, health, unemployment insurance contribution for new employees.
Make the report to Social Insurance Agency every month as per madatory requirements.
Make claims for social insurance benefits for employees and follow up payment for employees.
Contact Social Insurance Agency on providing social insurance book and health care card for
employees as per regulation.
D. Labor book and Report
Make periodical report to Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs as per madatory
requirements.
Contact Social Insurance Agency and Labor authorities on providing social insurance book and
health care card for employees as per regulations.
Preparing periodical labor report to be sent to Deparment of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs.
E. Labor contract:
Make labor contract for new staff
Make annex labor contract, contract renewal
Ensure labor contract, renewal contract and annex labor contract are given ton employees on
time.
F. Employee's profile:
Set up records and personnel file for new employees
Maintain employee's records in personnel file.
G. Rules and Regulations:

Follow all working procedures, the company's pocilies, rules and regulations.
Check, monitor, remind and guide employees to follow the rules and regulations
