Emotions Triggers
(Course of Actions)
 Take time-out.
 Once calms, express my intentions.
Anger When people shows disrespect.
 Identify for possible solutions.
 Don’t hold grudge.

When receiving last minute demands or tasks.  Manage time more efficiently.
Stress  Engage in physical exercise.
When tasks are unclear and uncertain.  Talk to someone (critical friend)

 Take small steps each time.


 Learn from others.
Happiness When I achieved success.
 Accept feedback for improvements.
 Involve in meaningful & happier events.

 Response with empathy.


Anxiety Dealing with angry parents.  Disagreement frame.
 Being mindful.

 Take a small steps – one at a time.


When I completed my tasks within (or earlier)
Fulfilled  Staying focus on the tasks.
