Project: Wilmont's Pharmacy Drone Project Revision No.: 000 Revision Date: 02

Purpose: To develop specialized drones that will be used for delivering medicines to customers in San Francisco, California.
This will provide the drone technology as well as the drone piloting and delivery systems conforming to Wilmont’s
requirements.

Project Goals: To deliver Wilmont’s product and services to customers swiftly, correctly and efficiently. The Pilot Project
success will result in further drone technology development for other locations under Wilmont's area of operation.

Project Scope Description:

• Product Scope –
1. Customize our equipment, systems, interfaces, and business process to Wilmont’s
requirements.
2. Engineer a high quality drone based on Wilmont's specification with special adaptation for
the planned temperature‐controlled product bagging system along with a bubble‐type
cushioning system for the customer delivery packaging.

• Services Scope –
1. Handle piloting the drones and delivery of the products to the customers.
2. Interface fast communications and transactions about deliveries for Wilmont’s
customers electronically through email, online, and through mobile alerts as the
customer requests.
Primary Deliverables:

Product Deliverables –
1. The customization of DroneTech’s existing interface, existing systems and existing
business process to Wilmont’s to accommodate order entry and communication of
delivery confirmation.
2. The significant modification of Drones to be used in service to include a temperature‐
controlled product bagging system and a bubble‐type cushioning system for safety
features.

Services Deliverables –
1. A drone used to pickup, fly and deliver prescriptions and drugstore items to
customers.
2. To keep Wilmont's information uncompromise in the project delivery process

Deliverable Acceptance Criteria:

Product Deliverables –

1. Qualify Wilmont’s requirement to accommodate order entry, communication of

delivery confirmation.
2. Meet specified requirement of customizing DroneTech’s existing systems and business
process to Wilmont’s.
3. Qualify requirement of modifying DroneTech’s Drone to include a temperature‐
controlled product bagging system and a bubble‐type cushioning system
 Services Deliverables –

1. Organize, assign and fly drone for Wilmont according to project specification
2. Wilmont's product and information not be compromised in every way it is
used.

Constraints:

• Contract Negotiation is pending: Agreement on all aspects of the services to be provided,

and/or the cost of the services is not yet reached between Wilmont and Dronetech
• Actual site condition and other factors affecting performance and delivery not stated.

Assumptions:
1. Inhouse budget cap (by Jordan Kempler, CEO - DroneTech)
2. All Materials/parts is sourced inhouse – DroneTech & Wilmont
3. All stakeholders are actively doing there part
Scope Exclusions:
• Billing rates for Wilmont’s personnel involved will not be included
