YUGCOL-ULTRA

Conform to D3 (BS.EN. 204) structure of Europe

Introduction

PVAC adhesives have become one of the most important adhesives in

wood working industry several different approaches have been taken to
improve the moisture and heat resistance of PVAC .Wood adhesives, to
meet the European standards of non structural wood adhesives
(BS.EN.204) or D3 standard. Now YUG COL -ULTRA conforms the
D3 (BS.EN.204) standards of Europe.

Technical details
Characteristics:

YUG COL- ULTRA is aqueous polyvinyl acetate dispersion with cross

linking properties and stabilization with polyvinyl alcohol.

Specifications:

These technical data are determined for each lot before its release by our
quality control

Applications
YUG COL- ULTRA is qualified for water resistant and heat resistant
wood glue .The dispersion exhibits a rapid increase in bond strength
when pressed at temperature higher then 20ºc. YUG COL- ULTRA on
hot press application shows accelerated increase of bond strength, making
it most suitable for the short contact lamination of panels with laminate
sheet finishing and for best forming finishes of panel edges and profiles.
YUG COL- ULTRA also gives excellent bonding
strength to wood joining .It’s bonds exhibits and outstanding heat and
water resistant.

Preservation and storage

YUG COL- ULTRA contains some initial preservatives and sufficiently

protected against micro organism during further storage. It should be
stored for no longer then 6 months at temperature as 5º to 45º c and must
be protected from direct exposure to sunlight and frost. It should be
ensured that at open drums should always be tightly closed.
Technical data ascertained by our laboratory at the time of
product may vary with storage time and conditions and may deviate from
stated limits, especially after longer storage time, increase in viscosity
may be observed

Safety and environment protection

YUG COL- ULTRA isn’t a hazardous substance or preparation with in

the meaning of the current hazardous material regulations.

Note: This information is based on our present state of knowledge and is
