Title of the bill: Health Care Workers Standardization Salary Bill of 2020

Your name: John Ray G. Consulta

Objective: This bill aims to raise the salaries of health workers of both public
and private hospitals from 2020 onwards.

Provisions of the bill:

1. Under the law, the minimum basic salary of a first-level government and private
health care workers will increase from 12,000 to 30,000.
2. Salary hike would cover all government and private health care workers, regardless if
they regular, contractual, casual, appointive or elective, and on full-time or part-time basis.
3. The bill would also require the government to grant health care workers a midyear
bonus equivalent to a month’s basic salary as of May 15 of the given year. But only for those
who are regular who have rendered at least 4 months of “satisfactory service” and are still
employed would be qualified to get the bonus.
4. This bill will not be affected or revoked by any other laws, orders, rules and
regulation. This will continue to be in full force and effect
5. This bill shall take effect immediately until reviewed and approved by the congress.

Title of the bill: Implementation of (ROTC) in Public and Private Senior High School
in the Philippines Bill of 2020

Objective: This bill aims to self discipline, respect others and know the rights
of every people and specially to protect our country in case of emergency.

Provisions of the bill:

1. ROTC shall be a pre-requisite for graduation and shall be part of curriculum of all
senior high school students.
2. Students should not participate for any political gains and teach a particular ideology.
3. Creating a fraternity or any kind of group that will lead to hazing and abuse is strictly
prohibited.
4. Male and female students shall be separated with different trainings.
5. This bill shall take effect immediately until reviewed and approved by the congress.

Title of the bill: Death Penalty Law for Heinous Crimes Related to Illegal Drugs Bill
of 2020

Your name: John Ray G. Consulta

Objective: This bill aims to protect the people from any heinous crime
related to drugs and impose the death penalty, not a life time imprisonment whoever violated
this bill.

Provisions of the bill:

1. Whenever a drug user committed a rape and proven guilty shall be sentenced to
death.
2. Whenever a drug user committed a murder and proven guilty shall be sentenced to
death.
3. If proven guilty of parricide with positive of using any kind of drugs shall be sentenced
to death
4. The death sentence shall be executed after the Judge has announced guilty and the
person shall be sentenced to death by lethal injection.
5. This bill shall take effect immediately until reviewed and approved by the congress.
