1. Engineering Manager (No.

Job Description:
1. Take charge of the engineering department and work out dept. management standardization & system and assign daily
departmental routine work.
2. Establish Manufacturing factory MES system and conduct related training.
3. Taking charge of initial new product introduction and implement the evaluation on product price and risk as well as DFM
capacity.
4. Coordinate and accomplish new product pilot production effectively.
5. Review, approve and track all the customers’ documents before mass production (Such as BOM, SW, Technique files, Test
requirements, SOP and ECN etc.)
6. Tackle customers on special technical requirements regarding products & releasing special requirements to internal
responsible persons timely.
7. Formulate and evaluate all the company models’ capacity criteria and labor-hour standard.
8. Monitor production department standard capacity, standard labor-hour and FPY accomplishments.
9. Arrange production equipment maintenance and calibration and follow up the practical completion status.

2. Industry Engineer (No. of vacancy: 01)


Job Description:
1. Transact customer’s technical documents to factory internal controlled documents.
2. Follow up new product introduction and work out technical process layout diagram.
3. Evaluate and calculate new product’s standard capacity and standard labor-hour.
4. Prepare work instruction and relevant technical files.
5. Work out BOM and ECN and follow up the implementation.
6. Check standard labor-hour and online technical instruction.
7. Contact with external on technical affairs.
8. Train production line operators on basic theory and physical operations.
9. Feedback and cope with production line abnormal issues.
10. Focus on the key production workstation quality status and instruct online to promote production efficiency.
11. Analyze customer returned defects and propose the improvement scheme.
12. Accomplish supervisors’ other assignments.

4. Warehouse Manager (No. of vacancy: 01)


Job Description:
1. To supervise the cargo come into the stock correctly.
2. Spare parts stock control to make sure the spare parts are available for production,
3. Warehouse team management and setting up the JD and providing instruction to team members and providing training.
4. Spare parts management as per FIFO method and to make sure to meet ISO9001 and ISO14001 requirement.
5. To make all spare parts, semi-finished goods, finished good have traceability.
6. Coordinate the work between warehouse and other departments.
7. Base on production requirement preparing spare parts as per work order.
8. Preparing inventory of spare parts and finished goods to make the stock quantity match with the system qty.
8. To keep 5s of warehouse area.

Job Description:
1. Set up and maintain quality control system and achieving target and continuous quality improvement.
2. Quality criteria drawing up and implementation.
3. Decision for critical quality issue and hold quality review at each mile stone.
4. Give guidance and training to team member for continuous improvement.
5. IQC, IPQC, OQC, FPY top issue management and push owner to give solutions.

Job Description:
1. Based on the production and delivery plan, finish the production in time.
2. Production report & standing book preparation and maintain.
3. Standardize production process, and control production cost.
4. Review production process, working instruction, organize new product trial run.
5. Production worker training and management.
6. Cooperate production documents, tools & spare parts demand with other department.

7. Material Control (No. of vacancy: 01)


Job Description:
1. Based on the PO, calculate the weekly and monthly PO quantity, and tracking the shortage material status.
2. Provide spare parts to production department as per PO request.
3. Tracking incoming material condition, in process material condition and problem material improvement status.
4. Checking spare parts stock status, stock quantity checking on weekly basis.
5. To provide the spare parts when faulty parts get in production to make the production smoothly. Return the bad material
to supplier timely.
6. Provide spare parts to replace production waste and production scrap.
7. Base on the incoming material quantity, finish goods delivery quantity, calculate exact spare parts stock.
8. Reconciliation with customer and supplier to make the stock data are correct
9. Provide dead material list and push owner to make decision of how to handling these materials.

8. New Product introduction engineer (No. Of vacancy: 01)
Job Description:
1. New product trial run monitor and top issue improvement
2. Analyze critical issue, analysis and find solution to make the production smoothly and prevent issue in MP, including
workmanship, MD, HW, SW etc.
3. To compare R&D BOM and handset, to finalized MP BOM.
4. Leading Trial run readiness review after trial run review meeting.

9. Process Engineer (No. Of Vacancy: 01)


Job Description:
1. Arrange routine work for production line technicians.
2. Following up new product production trail and mechanical evaluation.
3. Feedback and dispose any abnormal issues on new products.
4. Monitor and confirm production line first off implementation.
5. Instruct and monitor production process and solve technical issues in process.
6. Handle emergency and epidemic production issues.
7. Adjust and optimize bottleneck in production line.
8. Analyze and control production defects.
9. Check and confirm production line defective material’s exchange.
10. Feedback main production issues and coordinate other departments to propose improvement measures.
11. Maintain and monitor production line jigs and equipment’s.
12. Following up production line standard capacity accomplishments.
13. Follow up production line issues’ solving results.
